Downstairs
A bright and inviting living space becomes the heart of the day. Coffee breaks, shared lunches, spontaneous conversations and informal moments happen naturally here. The fully equipped kitchen, warm interior and large windows opening onto the garden create an atmosphere that immediately puts people at ease.
The mezzanine
Upstairs, the mezzanine hosts the meeting space. Flooded with natural light, it provides the perfect setting for focused work, strategic discussions and collaborative sessions.
This separation between gathering, thinking and relaxing allows the day to unfold naturally, creating a rhythm that feels both productive and energising.
And whenever fresh air is needed, the garden is only a few steps away.

No two gatherings are alike. That's why Out-Side easily adapts to different formats and group dynamics.
Possible setups include
- 10–12 participants in the mezzanine meeting room
- Up to 16 participants in a U-shaped configuration
- Up to 40 guests for presentations, discussions and networking events
Every configuration is designed to favour exchanges, participation and the circulation of ideas.
Because the venue is entirely private, you're free to adapt the layout throughout the day as your programme evolves.
